- Do I need to book in advance?
Please try to book in advance as early as possible so that the type of room and specific dates you requested are available to you. However, if the dates that you would like to reserve are very close to the time that you are making the reservations, we suggest that you contact us by either emailing us at info@yesinn.com or by calling us at (852) 8338 6464
- What is the procedure to make the reservation to yesinn?

- How can I find out the price and availability of the room?

- What is the percentage of the deposit?
18% of total or first night room fee, whichever is higher.
- I don't have Paypal account; what can I do?
You can make the deposit by your credit card without Paypal account in Paypal.
- Can I use RMB currency if I am holding a China credit card?
Yes, you can pay the deposit by RMB credit card by Chinese Paypal or direction transfer to our bank account in China. Then fax the transfer record to Fax no. (852) 8338 6467
- Can I have refund if I cancel the deposit?
According to our policy, we wouldn't refund the deposit once it is confirmed.
- Are there age restrictions for staying in hostels?
There are no age restrictions for guests staying in our hostel. However, we do request that the guest that registers for himself, herself, or on behalf of all the guests in his or her party must be 18 years old or above.

Check-in time is after 14:00 and check-out time is before 12:00.
- Do the rooms get any window?
Yes, every room gets window.
- Does the room get private bathroom?
Yes, each room gets private washing and shower room.
- Does yesinn provide internet service? What is the charge?
Yesinn provides 24 hours FREE 10M internet service by share computer or (WiFi) Free Wireless LAN.
- What is the meaning of Ħ°ensuite roomĦħ ?
Ensuite rooms means private bathroom.
- Does yesinn hostel provide any kitchen?
No, but we provide shared microwave and refrigerator.
Location and transportation
- What is the most convenience and efficiency way from airport to Yesinn?
Take A11 airport shuttle bus directly to yesinn, only cost HK$40/trip.
- How far from yesinn to Causeway Bay shopping center?
Only take 3£5 min. by MTR (Sub-way) or bus.
- How far from yesinn to HK Conventional Center and how to get there?
Only take 5 min. by shuttle bus 25A or 2A to get off at the bus terminal. Alternatively, you can take 18 or 18P and get off at Central Plaza. You can check the other route from Bus Company website
